1. Customer service & contact

For billing and subscription matters, please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your subscription quickly.
2. Refund & dispute policy
No refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any hosted plan payments, including partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Disputes & chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorised, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Email hello@simpleprompttracker.com with your account email and details of the charge and we will investigate and respond within two business days.
Self-hosted plan
The self-hosted plan is free of charge. No payments are taken and no refunds are applicable.
3. Cancellation policy
You may cancel your hosted subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You retain full access to the service until that date.
- No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period.
- After cancellation your data is retained for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted. You may export your data at any time before this.
4. Returns (physical goods)
Simple Prompt Tracker sells software subscriptions and digital services only. No physical goods are sold, and therefore no physical returns policy applies.
5. Legal & export restrictions
Simple Prompt Tracker is software developed and operated from the Netherlands. Use of the software and hosted service is subject to applicable Dutch, EU, and international laws.
You may not use Simple Prompt Tracker:
- In violation of any applicable law or regulation, including EU sanctions regulations and Dutch export control legislation.
- If you are located in, or are a national or resident of, a country or territory subject to comprehensive EU or UN sanctions (including but not limited to Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria).
- If you are on any EU or UN restricted-parties list.
By using the service you represent and warrant that none of the above restrictions apply to you.
6. Terms & conditions of promotions
From time to time we may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, or free-trial periods. The following terms apply to all such promotions unless stated otherwise:
- Introductory pricing applies to the first billing period only. At the end of the promotional period your subscription will renew at the then-current standard rate. We will notify you by email before this occurs.
- Discount codes are single-use, non-transferable, and may not be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
- Free trials require a valid payment method. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the applicable plan rate.
- Promotions are not retroactively applied to existing subscriptions.
- We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to subscribers.
7. Governing law
These policies and any disputes arising from your use of Simple Prompt Tracker are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer located in another EU member state, you may also be entitled to rely on the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
